Having started her career on Cambridge Science Park and opened what we now know as a co-working space, Juliette Morgan now advises investors, developers, owners, occupiers and governments on positioning property for tech companies, developing clusters and ‘innovation ecosystems’. She is passionate about technological trends affecting property and has spent the last 15 years working at the interface of technology and property industries.
As part of commercial property and real estate consultants Cushman & Wakefield, Juliette was at the forefront of the development of PiLabs – Europe’s first Proptech accelerator. She has a wealth of international experience in developing and managing property for tech and biotech companies and has worked on millions of square feet under development and management in tech centres in the US and UK.
We look forward to hearing Juliette’s contribution to Thematic 2 of the Conscious Cities Conference No.2, which asks how high technology can be used in the built environment to facilitate the creation of more empathetic, dynamic, and adaptable spaces.
Tickets for #CCities2 are available online here. Join the conversation on Wednesday 3rd May 2017.
